As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in providing technical support and guidance to employees across the enterprise.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding career path, with a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you can expect a range of benefits, including private medical insurance, annual leave of 25-28 days at full pay, and a retirement savings plan with employer contributions.

As an IT Service Desk Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to respond to technology issues in a timely and efficient manner, providing technical guidance and support to employees across the organization. You will work closely with vendors and other systems support units to identify and resolve complex client/system problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for local voice, mobile, and video conference solutions
  • Work with team members to resolve major problems and participate in problem-solving processes across various teams
  • Assist with business recovery testing to confirm availability of systems
  • Document and track status of client inquiries and coordinate responses
  • Assist with day-to-day administration tasks, including submitting application and security requests
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong academic background, ideally a degree in a related field
  • Previous experience in supporting a front office environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions
  • A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
