Centre Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Centre Administrator to support our Centre Manager in delivering exceptional student experiences. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our centres. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and distribute weekly rotas to ensure efficient shift coverage and adequate team rest periods.
  • Produce accurate bedding lists for fire safety and morning/evening roll calls.
  • Plan and organize centre excursions, coordinating group arrangements and necessary materials.
  • Record and document meeting minutes for formal centre gatherings.
  • Manage the centre's email inbox and telephone system for effective communication.
  • Ensure a high-quality check-in/out experience for students and Group Leaders, completing relevant paperwork and updating database entries.
