We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to join our team in the NHS.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to play a crucial part in supporting the operations of the Provider Collaborative teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all correspondence, reports, and papers are professionally presented and returned to deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with experience in administration at a senior level. They will be able to work on their own initiative with competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.

In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration tasks for the Senior Management Team (SMT), including preparing agendas, minutes, action plans, and organising meetings for SMT Directorate Meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring administration processes and procedures are adhered to.
  • Facilitating good communication systems with the SMT and disseminating information appropriately and efficiently.
  • Preparing presentation materials as required.
  • Managing own time and prioritising to provide service to SMT team members.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing office administration tasks, including preparation of documents, emails, and other communications. Requirements
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications, in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of specialised MH Setting.
Salary

£26,530 - £29,114 per annum/pro-rata.
