About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional administrator to join our Director's close-knit team as Office Secretary. This is a wonderfully varied role with autonomy to manage a professional reception area, acting as an ambassador for the Director and first point of contact for guests, as well as secretarial duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting written communication on behalf of the Director
  • Acting as point of contact via phone and email and managing any queries
  • Managing a front desk reception, welcoming guests and visitors
  • Assisting with Director's diary management
  • Supporting with relevant events
