About The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Water Consulting team, a group of Engineers, Modellers, and Data Analysts delivering Asset Management and Operational Strategy development services to our Water Industry clients. You will be responsible for managing administrative duties, including:

  • Safe day-to-day operation and management of the office, including reception, visitor management, and mailroom activities
  • Purchasing and supplier invoicing
  • Ordering and managing stationery and staff PPE requirements
  • Arranging staff travel and accommodation bookings
  • Ensuring compliance with RPS Integrated Management System processes and procedures, including Fire Safety Management

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the HSEQ Team and project teams in Scotland to ensure business processes are adhered to and run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the office move from Kirkintilloch to Stepps
  • Leading, managing, and undertaking administration duties relating to fleet management, booking staff training, and management of monthly client invoicing process
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous office-based administrative experience
  • Experience with Invoicing (supplier invoicing and client invoicing)
  • Clear and fluent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Able to provide line management, leadership, coaching, and motivation to team members
  • Ability to use your own initiative to problem solve
  • Excellent IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
