Property Condition Improvement Specialist

Sellick Partnership Ltd is seeking a Property Condition Improvement Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving the condition of properties by removing defective decoration damaged by damp and mould, washing and cleaning affected areas, and taking before and after photos of work carried out.

The ideal candidate will possess a full UK driving license, be willing to undertake any necessary training, and be able to work independently. This role involves working with provided PPE and using a vehicle for transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improving property conditions
  • Removing defective decoration
  • Cleaning and treatment of affected areas
  • Taking before and after photos
  • Wearing provided PPE

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified UK driver
  • Ability to work independently

This is a full-time position based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, with an estimated salary of £22,128.00 - £23,656.03 per annum. The role also includes a van and fuel card.
