Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at The Bridge Tap, a stunning bar located in the heart of London. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager and contributing to the success of our venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in creating and delivering a vision for the venue
  • Ensure standards and compliance are maintained in the General Manager's absence
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
