**Job Title:** Housing Advisor
**Location:** Central Cambridge/home working
**Contract:** Permanent
**Salary Range:** £36,124 - £40,476 per annum (City Pay Band 5)
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housing Advisor to join our team at Cambridge City Council. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and a strong understanding of homelessness legislation.
As a key member of our Housing Advice Service, you will be responsible for carrying out statutory functions, offering tailored housing advice, and working collaboratively with colleagues to provide comprehensive support services. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work under pressure will enable you to build trust with customers and deliver results-oriented solutions.
