About the Role

We are recruiting for a permanent Housing Advisor to work in our busy Housing Advice Service, based in Central Cambridge.

This role involves carrying out statutory functions under homelessness legislation and offering tailored housing advice and homelessness prevention options to customers. If you have a working knowledge of homelessness legislation, landlord and tenant law, and choice-based lettings schemes, or if you have practical experience of decision making and offering complex advice to customers with a range of needs, then we would like to hear from you.

The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a busy team, under pressure, on their own initiative, and enjoy a challenge. They will also be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
