Commercial Contract Advisor

We are seeking a commercial contract advisor to join our team at Stobbs. As a commercial contract advisor, you will be responsible for providing general commercial and contract advice, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, offering soft IP advice, and providing in-house support to our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-6 PQE in commercial contracts and soft IP.
- An ability to apply a commercial approach to advice.
- In-house experience valued.
- Excellent legal analysis skills.
