Commercial Contracts Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join our team at QED Legal. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced solicitor to take on a challenging role in our busy in-house legal department.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial contracts and agreements. They will work closely with our client's business teams to provide strategic legal advice and support.
Key Requirements- A UK qualified solicitor with at least 4+ years PQE and a proven track record in their career to date
- Strong grounding in drafting and negotiating high-value, complex commercial contracts and agreements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commercial / business outlook to their work
- Ability to balance legal risks with commercial and operational needs of the business
While in-house experience is desirable, we would consider a private practice lawyer looking to move in-house who can demonstrate good business and commercial skills.

We estimate that this role comes with a salary of around £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
