Stobbs is a leading niche intellectual property practice that takes a strategic approach to advising on brands. As a Commercial Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and working with clients to provide commercially savvy advice.

We are seeking a qualified solicitor with 4-6 years of experience in commercial contract and advisory work. Your role will involve providing general commercial and contract advice, soft IP advice, and supporting clients ranging from household names to SMEs and start-ups across various sectors.

Your essential skills and experience include:

  • 4-6 years PQE as a qualified solicator admitted in England and Wales
  • In-house experience (permanent or secondment) valued
  • Majority of post-qualified experience being in commercial contract and advisory work (non-contentious)
  • Good working knowledge of (and enthusiasm for) soft IP
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Excellence in drafting, negotiating, and working with clients
  • Ability to apply a commercial approach to advice

The estimated salary for this position is £72,000 - £85,000 per annum based on your location and experience.
