We are currently seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial contracts and related intellectual property issues, including negotiation, drafting, and review of agreements.

The successful applicant will report directly to the Vice President, Legal, and work closely with our teams in the UK and US. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal agreements, including services, confidentiality, material transfer, consultancy, research, collaboration, and IP license agreements.
  • Providing legal support for our clinical trials across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Assisting individuals in the business with contract approval processes.
  • Managing litigation.
