About the Role:

As a Patient Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met throughout their treatment journey.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with patients and communicating effectively prior to and following their treatment.
  • Assisting in patient consultations and practice visits, as well as undertaking diagnostic scans using state-of-the-art equipment.
  • Maintaining accurate records and scheduling treatment dates for vision correction surgery.
