Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Career Development Coordinator to join our dynamic Careers Team. This role helps deliver a comprehensive career development programme through a mix of online and in-person events.

The successful candidate will manage relationships with external careers consultants and advisors, support students throughout their job search journey, act as the first point of contact for career-related queries, and identify and promote relevant resources and opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and make a positive impact on the lives of students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering a range of careers services to students, including workshops, webinars, and one-to-one consultations.
  • Managing relationships with external careers consultants and advisors to ensure students have access to high-quality advice and guidance.
  • Supporting students throughout their job search journey, providing guidance on CV writing, interview preparation, and job applications.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across the Careers Team, within the wider University, and with external partners.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
