We are seeking an experienced Career Development Coordinator to join our dynamic Careers Team, located within one of the world's most prestigious research universities. This role involves delivering a comprehensive career development programme through online and in-person events, managing relationships with external careers consultants and advisors, and supporting students throughout their job search journey.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across the Careers Team, within the University, and with external partners. Strong IT proficiency is essential, along with project management experience, enabling them to oversee initiatives from planning to successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a comprehensive career development programme
  • Manage relationships with external careers consultants and advisors
  • Support students throughout their job search journey
  • Act as the first point of contact for career-related queries

Estimated salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
