The University of Cambridge is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Transition Coordinator for the Mastercard Scholars Programme. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in career development and transition support to make a lasting impact in the lives of young people.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the transition project, including partnership building, coordination, planning, and budget management. You will work closely with scholars, employers, and other stakeholders to provide guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A background in career services or a related field is desirable, as is experience in creating and maintaining industry partnerships.
