About the Job:

  1. Greet and assist customers, providing a personalized experience that exceeds their expectations.
  2. Log vehicle details and service requirements accurately, ensuring effective communication with our technicians.
  3. Communicate and convert VHC identified work requirements, building trust with our customers and driving sales.
  4. Manage reception administration, from job cards to invoicing, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  5. Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering loyalty and driving business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or Aftersales Advisor in a franchised car dealership.
  • Familiarity with CDK/ADP/Keyloop Dealer Management System is a valuable asset.
  • A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
