About the Job:
- Greet and assist customers, providing a personalized experience that exceeds their expectations.
- Log vehicle details and service requirements accurately, ensuring effective communication with our technicians.
- Communicate and convert VHC identified work requirements, building trust with our customers and driving sales.
- Manage reception administration, from job cards to invoicing, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering loyalty and driving business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or Aftersales Advisor in a franchised car dealership.
- Familiarity with CDK/ADP/Keyloop Dealer Management System is a valuable asset.
- A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
