We are seeking a caring and reliable individual to join our team as a Vehicle Operator for Kinect Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting children and adults with special needs (SEN) or other vulnerabilities to and from schools, colleges, and day care centres.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Transporting passengers safely and reliably.">
  • Establishing positive relationships with passengers, their carers or parents, and staff at the destinations.">
  • Ensuring all vehicles are always roadworthy, clean, and tidy.">
  • Being available for both morning and afternoon school runs on all school days.">

As a Vehicle Operator, you will also be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Driving a range of company vehicles, including cars, 8-seat minibuses, and larger wheelchair-accessible vehicles (all of which can be driven with a standard car license).">
  • Keeping the vehicle secure and storing it in a safe and convenient location when not in use.">
  • Passing an enhanced criminal record (DBS) check, as this role involves working with children, young people, and vulnerable adults.">
  • Meeting Group 2 medical standards to comply with licensing requirements.">
  • Having the right to work in the UK.">

  • Holding a valid UK driving license.">
  • Experience in driving various types of vehicles.">
  • Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.">
  • Meeting Group 2 medical standards.">
