We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care assistant to join our team at Care By Us Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a positive impact in the lives of adults in need of companionship and community support.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being. The role involves taking clients out into the community for days out and socialising, as well as supporting them with daily tasks and activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need previous healthcare experience and a driving licence with access to your own vehicle. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including maternity/paternity leave, paid annual leave, refer a friend scheme, and enhanced DBS check.
