**Overview**

PurpleTribue is a leading provider of care and support services, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our residents and their families. We are currently seeking a Senior Care Assistant Role to join our team at one of our care homes.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with our Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Assess and develop individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and support to residents

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Care Assistant, preferably in a dementia or nursing home setting
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong assessment and planning skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations
