The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a housing options setting and a detailed knowledge of homelessness legislation, landlord and tenant law, and current guidance on choice-based lettings schemes.

This permanent role involves managing a team of Housing Advisors and Homeless Prevention Officers. The successful applicant will be able to provide expert advice on homelessness legislation and landlord and tenant law.
