Job Details: The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 per annum, and you can expect to work 5 days a week. You will be responsible for:

  1. Engaging with clients and assessing their needs.
  2. Collaborating with other teams to deliver services effectively.
  3. Visiting clients in their homes and communities to provide support.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with vulnerable populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
