Homeless Support Specialist

Job Details: The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 per annum, and you can expect to work 5 days a week. You will be responsible for:
- Engaging with clients and assessing their needs.
- Collaborating with other teams to deliver services effectively.
- Visiting clients in their homes and communities to provide support.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Proven experience working with vulnerable populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
