We are seeking a highly skilled Homeless Support Coordinator to join our team at Jimmy's Cambridge.

The role involves assessing, supporting and resettleing the needs of residents at our emergency 20-bed accommodation on East Road.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in supporting vulnerable adults to make a real difference in their lives.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £18,388.40, which reflects our commitment to fairly compensating our staff members.

You will be responsible for providing a wide range of support services to residents, utilising evidence-based practices and ensuring their safety and well-being.

In addition, you will need to be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
