Cambridge Homeless Support Worker

As a Cambridge Homeless Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to individuals experiencing homelessness in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment and make a real difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality support services to individuals in need
- Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations and stakeholders to enhance service delivery
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practice in support work
Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 5 days a week, with occasional evenings and weekends
Location: Overstream House or other locations within Cambridge
