We are seeking an Accommodation and Outreach Worker to join our team at Jimmys Cambridge. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people who are experiencing homelessness.

As an Accommodation and Outreach Worker, you will be responsible for supporting residents in our emergency accommodation on East Road to find and maintain sustainable accommodation. You will work closely with residents to identify their needs and develop tailored support plans to help them achieve their goals.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting people who are experiencing homelessness. You should have a genuine interest in working with vulnerable individuals and be able to provide emotional support, help residents access local services, and work with them to find sustainable accommodation.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £18,388.40 per year, based on 27 hours worked per week. Training will be provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
