Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at a Children's Home near Cambridge. As a Support Worker, you will provide high levels of care and support to residents with severe learning disabilities. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a rewarding career.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care needs for residents, including washing, dressing, and meal preparation
* Conduct regular checks throughout the night to ensure resident safety and security
* Assist with daily activities, such as laundry and cleaning
* Develop relationships with residents, their families, and other professionals involved in their care
Requirements
* A passion for working with children and young people with severe learning disabilities
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
Benefits
