We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Reconnection Project Worker.

Job Title: Reconnection Project Worker
Reports to: Line Manager
Location: Overstream House or other locations within Cambridge
Working Pattern: 5 days a week

We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits.

Your key responsibilities will include:
