Job Summary:
Cambridge Cyrenians is seeking an experienced Fundraising Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, securing partnerships with local businesses, and managing donor relationships.

About Us:
Cambridge Cyrenians is a charitable organisation based in Cambridge, dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness. With over 50 years of experience, we provide accommodation and support to over 100 individuals annually, assisting around 25-30 people in transitioning to independence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Raise the profile of Cambridge Cyrenians locally and on social media, including regular press releases
* Work with Trustees and Senior Staff to develop and deliver the organisation's fundraising strategy
* Identify and secure additional fundraising opportunities
* Engage with local companies to develop corporate support from the business community
* Keep track of fundraised income and expenditure
* Produce quarterly supporter newsletters on Mailchimp and LinkedIn
* Lead Community Events Working Group to develop and deliver community events
* Develop and deliver seasonal campaigns and sponsorship challenges to grow the supporter base through one-off and regular donations
* Maintain individual donor records in the CRM, ensuring Gift-Aid claims are submitted and donors are thanked in a timely manner
* Manage social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
* Ensure all fundraising is GDPR compliant and complies with the Fundraising Regulator's Code

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in fundraising, partnership development, and donor management. A salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
