The ideal candidate will have experience in Charity governance, preferably with HR skills and expertise. Alternatively, applicants with knowledge and understanding of the homelessness sector would also be suitable. The successful individual will support the effective governing of the charity, leveraging their skills to drive positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the charity's leadership team in strategic decision-making
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and beneficiaries
  • Drive fundraising initiatives to secure resources for the charity
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on charity activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Charity governance or related field
  • Strong HR skills and expertise, including conflict resolution and employee relations
  • Knowledge of the homelessness sector, including its challenges and opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
