Community Engagement Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to secure income for CHM. This includes managing partnerships, creating innovative income generation ideas, and promoting the charity's work to various audiences. A strong focus on engagement, community building, and donor stewardship is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, community groups, and individual donors
  2. Design and implement targeted fundraising campaigns to meet specific income targets
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver community events that foster engagement and raise awareness
  4. Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and track progress towards fundraising goals
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR

Requirements
  • Proven track record of successful fundraising, preferably in a similar sector
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
