About the Job:

  • In this role, you will assess and support residents' needs, provide a wide range of support using current best practice, and work a variety of daytime shifts, including weekends.
  • You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our team to develop and implement support plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

  • An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
