Corporate Fundraising Lead

Overview: Scottish Opera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our donor engagement fundraising efforts in Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase corporate donations, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to the growth of our fundraising revenue.
\About the Job: As Corporate Fundraising Lead, you will work closely with our Development team to identify new opportunities for corporate partnerships, manage existing relationships, and provide excellent stewardship to donors. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\What We Offer: The salary for this role is £32,703.20 per annum, plus benefits including flexible/hybrid working options. This is a full-time, permanent position, and we offer a competitive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme and annual leave entitlement.
\Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the following KPIs: securing new corporate donations, increasing donor retention rates, and contributing to the growth of our fundraising revenue.
\Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record of securing corporate donations, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong understanding of the Scottish charity sector and be familiar with best practices in fundraising and donor engagement.
