Engineering Services Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Services Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects across various sectors, including fall protection system installations, recertification, and wind turbine examinations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably in the building envelope or related sectors. A NEBOSH qualification is highly desirable, as is experience working at height.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts for fall protection systems
- Produce job packs, including load lists, risk assessments, and safe work systems
- Provide marked-up drawings to ensure accurate installations
- Regularly liaise with clients, delivering excellent customer service
- Conduct site visits for quality checks and audits
- Manage stock levels, ensuring installers have necessary equipment
- Produce RAMS and health & safety documentation
- Resolve on-site issues in a timely manner
- Quote for service repairs and mid/post-contract variations
- Co-ordinate activities to achieve project goals and exceed targets
Requirements:
- Project/Contracts Management experience within the construction industry
- Experience in the building envelope or related sectors (preferred)
- NEBOSH qualified or willingness to acquire
- Experience working at height (preferred)
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Resilient problem-solver with excellent team management abilities
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
