Are you ready to join the site everyone is talking about at Charles Hurst?

As a Service Administrator, you will play an important role in our busy service team within the Aftersales Department, working closely with the Workshop Controller, Warranty Administrator and Service Advisors you will provide support to ensure the customer journey is as seamless as possible.

On a day-to-day basis you will be pivotal to ensuring the Service department is operating smoothly by managing all service-related administration tasks and liaising with Service Advisors & Workshop team. You will also be dealing with some inbound service calls, calling customers back with updates, ensuring all required documents are completed. **Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage customer communication through repairs with timely progress updates and gaining authorisation for additional work
- Add-hoc administration tasks as given from the Aftersales Manager
- Managing a high-volume of customers daily as well as telephone calls and online booking queries
- You will be responsible for the timely process of warranty claims within manufacturer guidelines and ensure the accuracy of all warranty and goodwill claim submissions daily
- In addition, you will monitor daily, weekly and monthly warranty reports to ensure that are compliant with company policy

Qualifications:
You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. As someone who can work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, identify priorities and, schedule work appropriately you will have a friendly and professional manner. As well as acting with integrity, discretion, and objectivity, the ability to meet deadlines without compromising on the quality of work is essential.

Service administrator experience gained from a leading automotive dealer is desirable. Technical knowledge would be an advantage. You MUST hold a full valid UK driving license for a minimum of 6 months for insurance purposes
