Brook Street Recruitment is working in behalf of our Belfast client to recruit a new full time and permanent Financial Services Administrator
**Responsibilities**:
Provide administration and client relationship support to the Wealth Management & Financial Advisory Team
Compile pre-meeting information from internal and external sources
Completing, checking and submitting client reports and take on documentation,
Process new business and client instructions in a timely manner
**Criteria**:
Strong communicator, with an outgoing and proactive approach
At least 1 years' experience in either a Financial Services Administrator role, or a regulated environment
A keen eye for detail alongside meticulous administration skills
A positive attitude with a desire to grow as the business grows
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial software.
Salary will depend on experience
