**Financial Services Administrator (Wealth Management)**

Overview: We are in search of a meticulous and dedicated Financial Services Administrator to fortify our esteemed wealth management team. This role involves comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless operations in handling new and existing business, client transactions, compliance, and reports within our wealth management division. You will be joining a high growth wealth management business were opportunities for progression will be plentiful.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Support:

- Assist clients with inquiries, account setup, and documentation.
- Process withdrawals, top-ups, and transactions for Pensions and Investments.
- Support annual reviews, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.

Administrative Duties:

- Manage and process new and existing business efficiently.
- Utilize Intelligent Office for streamlined administrative tasks and client management.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate financial advisors, providing crucial support for client services.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Compliance and Regulation:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting financial services and implement necessary procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of proven experience in financial services administration, particularly in wealth management.
- Proficiency in using financial software, including Intelligent Office.
- Experience with platforms like Transact, Abrdn Wrap, Nucleus, and Aviva.
- Strong knowledge of Life, Pensions, and Investments products.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
