Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment. As an Accounts Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting and finance functions within various businesses and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll and Expense Management: Run or support the management of payroll processes, handle company expenses efficiently.
  • Financial Administration: Arrange invoice payments, record receipts and payments, assist with general financial administration tasks.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing accounts, reports, budgets, and financial statements, check ledger balances for accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a general accounting practice is advantageous.
  • IATI qualified or part-qualified.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
