About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Administrator to join our team at Seopa Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role that will see you managing all aspects of the company's accounting operations during a maternity leave period.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate day-to-day operation of the business, with a focus on financial administration, account management, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's accounting systems, including Sage Line 50 or 200 experience (preferred but not required).
  • Process and reconcile invoices, employee expenses, and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Produce daily cash flow projections and provide key financial insights to senior management.
  • Manage bank transactions, ensuring alignment with company authorizations and processes.

Candidate Profile:

  • A part-qualified or qualified accountant with strong experience in Sage Line 50, Sage 200, or other accounting software.
  • Excellent computer skills, with a high level of competency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong academic background, preferably at degree level, with A-level grades of B or above.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
