Nixon McQuade is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to support their finance team in Belfast.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.
  • Process weekly and monthly payroll using Sage 50 Payroll.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements as required.
  • Provide support to the finance team in various administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
