We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Staffline Recruitment (NI) Ltd. Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting records, including the cash book, purchase ledger, sales ledger, and general ledger.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations.
  • Arrange for bank payments and transfers and banking of client receipts.
  • Liaise with third parties on behalf of clients, e.g., insurance companies, and banks.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as and when required.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Client and statutory deadlines are understood and adhered to.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Motivated to provide the highest quality service to clients.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Able to plan own time ensuring targets and deadlines are achieved.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience within a similar role or a graduate with a placement year would be ideal.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel is essential.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and systems is not essential but useful.
