Nixon McQuade is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join their finance team in Belfast. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining accurate financial records.
The Role:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Reconcile bank statements and perform month-end financial tasks.
- Prepare VAT returns and assist with tax-related matters.
- Support the preparation of financial reports for management.
The Person:
- Proven experience in a bookkeeping or accounts role.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
