Finance Assistant

VickerStock is delighted to be partnering with one of Ireland's leading, long-established and highly-innovative manufacturers in the recruitment of a Finance Assistant to join their 10 finance professionals to assist in the administration of purchase and sales ledger functions.

What You Will Do
  • Provide support to the sales ledger and accounts functions
  • Complete, analyse, conduct and document phone payments
  • Process invoices and carry out payments
  • Ensure that company records are updated regarding accounts and supplier details
  • Process sales documents and work in accordance with GDPR regulations
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in financial administration
  • Obtained GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above
  • Ability to work to schedules and deadlines
  • Possess excellent numeracy and literacy skills
