Service Operations Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Administrator to join our client's team in Belfast. This full-time position offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule and a permanent contract.
About the CompanyOur client is a leading Security Systems focused company based in Belfast. They are committed to providing exceptional service to their customers and require a skilled Service Administrator to support their operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for logging and assigning service calls, dispatching engineers, and ensuring accurate paperwork. Providing exceptional customer support, liaising with clients, and maintaining customer records are also key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Logging and assigning service calls using CASH software
- Dispatching engineers and ensuring paperwork completion
- Providing exceptional customer support via email and telephone
- Liaising with clients to book appointments and arrange access
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- 2 years' experience in a similar role or industry
- Strong communication skills and ability to give clear instructions
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience using business system software
- Problem-solving and time management skills
- High standard of organisation and attention to detail
