Dale Farm is a leading dairy company supplying a wide range of branded consumer products and food ingredients into the UK, Irish and international markets.

At Dale Farm, we believe our success is built on our people, and so as we embark on our ambitious transformation journey, we are looking to recruit the following position based at our Head Office, Belfast with hybrid working available as per company policy.

Reporting to the Producer Services Manager, your main role will be to provide administrative support for members and customers as part of the Farm Services team.

Within this role you will have a range of responsibilities, such as:

Providing principal admin support for the new Parlour Care function. Working closely with other members of the admin team – dealing with service orders, purchase orders and GRN’s. Liaising with Stock Controller and service engineers to assist with stock ordering and invoicing. Provide backup admin support across a range of functions including Tankcare, Producer Payments and Dairy Herd Management. Becoming familiar with a range of software programmes including Navision, Core Milk and Storm Admin. Provide telephone Helpdesk support for Dale Farm members and customers alongside other colleagues. Any ad hoc duties which may arise.

Applicants should have a good standard of education, with a minimum of 2 years administration experience. Admin experienced gained in the agricultural sector is desirable.

You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing information requirements of the business. You should be competent in the use of Microsoft Excel and have strong attention to detail. Knowledge of Core Milk, Navision and Storm Admin or similar is desirable, although full training will be given.

The successful candidate should be energetic, have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a member of a team within a busy, high volume department, and handle a varied workload.
