Customer Service Administrator

Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our Belfast Head Office Team. As an administrator with reception and payroll duties, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including reception and call handling duties, distributing calls, handling visitors to the office, monitoring emails, and admin support for the payroll team. You will also assist with preparing payroll information, copying, and posting of invoices, and provide general admin support within the office.
The ideal candidate will have at least one experience in an office environment and be computer literate, with the ability to use Excel spreadsheets. Training will be provided on payroll, and attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines are essential.
This is a full-time role, working 8:45am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with 30 days' leave per annum. Immediate start available.
