Customer Service Administrator

Top Oil is recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for our office in Belfast.
The Wholesale team provides process support to Wholesale business in Northern Ireland. The Customer Service Administrator will work within a team to support the network of customers in NI by ensuring all daily/weekly processing is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines and liaising with customers, team members and management to troubleshoot queries. Reporting on key areas of the business to include stock management, cash controls, bank reconciliations and monthly KPI’s.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Processing invoices, credit notes, and data entering daily fuel transactions to the system for our Northern Ireland retail and wholesale customers.
- Act as a primary point of liaison with the Wholesale Manager, customers and credit team on queries, dealing directly with or escalating queries as required to team members and management
- To provide business support to the management team within the Wholesale business
- Coordinate the completion of account reconciliations across the customer accounts
- Prepare routine reports Stock Reports, Domestic Debtors, Cash Analysis on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
- Work with the team to ensure month-end close off is completed fully and on time each month
- Communicating regularly with the customers and troubleshooting queries
- Analyse information relating to stock and cash transactions daily, weekly and investigating these discrepancies as necessary
- Process stock and cash transactions for our wholesale customers on a daily basis
- Raising invoices/credit notes on a daily/weekly basis basis

**Education & Experience**
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong excel skills essential
- Working knowledge of in-house ERP system (JDE preferable)
- Accounting Qualification desirable e.g. IATI
- Account reconciliation experience required
- Ability to work in a team environment
