Based in Belfast
We are recruiting for a Trainee Customer Services Administrator to Join our Team in Belfast.
**Requirements**:
To provide a first class customer service to our external and internal customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide customer service and support
- Telephone support both external and internal
- Ensure all work from the field has the appropriate paperwork, is processed and saved to enable successful closure of the work and invoicing
- Ensure the customer receives copies of paperwork they require to ensure their site is compliant
- Monitor and upload documentation to customer portals as required
**Requirements**:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Word and Excel skills
- Friendly and efficient phone manner
- Team player within own team and larger Customer Service team
- Positive attitude
- Demonstrate behaviours in line with our company values: Respect, Accountability, Reliability & Integrity.
**Benefits**
- Salary upto £24,000 (Depending on experience)
