**WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR**

Our client is one of the leading dealerships within Northern Ireland (based in Belfast) wishes to expand on its impressive team by recruiting for a professional, experienced Warranty Administrator/ Clerk with a proven background in the automotive industry.

**Details**
- Liaise with service advisors, technicians, and the workshop controller to track jobs from booking stage, through to “in work” and “job completed.”
- Take responsibility for the timely submission and tracking of warranty claims, endeavoring to seek maximum payout. This will include following up on denied claims.
- Track payments
- Take control of warranty parts, their whereabouts and co-ordinate their storage and return
- Report to the Aftersales Manager and Managing Director
- Confidently use Manufacturer portals and Dealership Management Systems to invoice work and submit claims.
- Forge strong and fruitful working relationships with Manufacturers.
- Comply with Manufacturer deadlines and standards.

**Experience**
- We are looking for someone with a solid warranty administration background or Service Administration background.
- You must have experience within a Car Dealership and knowledge of the Kerridge dealer management system.
- Organised, efficient, keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to follow established processes.
- Works well under pressure to meet deadlines by identifying priorities and scheduling work appropriately.
- Friendly and professional manner
- Act with integrity, discretion, and objectivity
- Educated to GSCE (or equivalent) standard.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft package including but not limited to Word, Outlook & Excel
