We have excellent opportunity for another** Warranty Administrator** to join our team primarily based in **Mervyn Stewart Belfast. **This could be the opportunity you have been waiting on, not only to be part of the excellent** Skoda & MG** brands but also be part of our ever-growing business.

Full training will be provided so this could be an opportunity for someone to move into the warranty arena, however franchise experience will be an advantage.

**Communication is key within our dealership, not only to ensure an exceptional customer experience but to build solid working relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.**

**About The Role**

**_ Main Duties_**
- Ensuring all administrative functions within the warranty department are carried out
- Reviewing warranty reporting systems with the line manager to identify improvements where possible
- Administering warranty policy in the best interests of the retailer, manufacturer and customer
- Keeping accurate records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections and customer contributions towards goodwill claims
- Ensuring that all frontline staff complete records correctly when warranty is diagnosed on a vehicle, and providing training and coaching were required.
- Maintaining knowledge of all warranty procedures and documentation. Supporting other staff members on all warranty related matters
- Ensuring you are fully compliant with manufacturers policies and procedures
- Flexibility in being able to support the existing department staff as required through various functions and location
- This will be a busy role requiring team work, excellent inter departmental and good all round communication skills, as well as behaving in a professional manner.

**Required Criteria**
- Excellent team player and interpersonal communication skills
- IT experience essential
- Previous experience within a Franchised Dealership in a similar position
- Strong time management & attention to detail essential
- A positive attitude both to your work and our customers Excellent organisational skills

**Desired Criteria**
- Relevant franchise experience also an advantage
- Previous experience within a franchised dealership, in a similar position, an advantage Full, valid UK driving licence
